  • 158748/750 working together on 1O71/1M32. This train IS still booked for 47 haulage, proven by the seat reservation labels on this train, displaying Coach E, F and G (two 158's only go up to Coach D!)
  • The Shrewsbury-Wolves/BNS-Shrewsbury Res Class 47 diagram is not booked to run again until at least Easter. Similarly, the Blackpool-Euston HST/47 working is also not booked to run to Blackpool until the same date (except for Sundays, the 1132 BP Nth-Euston has been running).
  • The End Of The Line site reports that stored 47738 is being returned to service at Toton. Hopefully this will be put into the ILRA pool, at the moment several ILRA 47's are working Class 86 diagrams every day due to a shortage of Class 86s!
